President Barack Obama’s State of the Union Speech and Congressman Paul Ryan’s response were strangely missing a focus on the key to restoring America’s future: an agenda for economic growth.We need this agenda because a growing economy:Expands the tax base and therefore is a critical source of revenues for governments at all levels.
